It's all done. All the trimming and weaving in of ends is finished and now it's ready to go to it's new home. I am going to try and add a picture of it here for all to see. I'm new at adding things to my posts but here goes.
Please excuse the mess on the left hand side of the photo's. It's all cloths that I haven't found a home for yet in my closet and dresser.
The cat on the bed is my big (and I mean REAL BIG) cat Dumkupf (aka Fat Boy)
I have a king size bed and this afghan is folded in half so I know it will be big enough to fit the queen size bed that the sister this is going to has. The cat on the other hand stays here with me.
